1. Shipping Destinations

Tilting Heads ships exclusively within the territory of India, covering all major cities, towns, and serviceable areas. Delivery availability is subject to pincode serviceability as determined by our logistics partners. In the event that your delivery pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at the time of checkout or within 24 hours of order placement, and a full refund will be initiated if the order cannot be fulfilled.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Processing time is separate from and in addition to the delivery timeline.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be subject to variation during peak sale periods, festive seasons, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Tilting Heads shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges applicable to an order shall be computed on the basis of the customer's delivery location, total order weight, and the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Such charges, where applicable, shall be displayed to the customer prior to payment confirmation.

Free shipping shall be extended on all orders with a net cart value exceeding ₹999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only), and shall be applied automatically at checkout without the requirement of any promotional code or coupon. For orders with a net cart value below ₹999, standard shipping charges shall be levied and shall be communicated to the customer at the time of checkout.

Express shipping, where opted for by the customer, shall attract an additional charge over and above the standard shipping fee. The applicable express shipping charge shall be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation and is recommended for time-sensitive deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, a shipment tracking number will be shared with you via email at woof@tiltingheads.com. You may track the real-time status of your shipment using our portal; Track My Order

Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of dispatch for tracking information to reflect on the portal. For any tracking-related assistance, please write to us at woof@tiltingheads.com.

6. Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin (RTO)

Our logistics partners will make a minimum of 2–3 delivery attempts before marking a shipment as undeliverable. Delivery attempts may fail due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order
  • Refusal to accept the shipment

In the event that all delivery attempts are exhausted and the shipment is returned to our facility (Return to Origin / RTO), the following shall apply:

  • You will be notified via email upon RTO initiation.
  • Should you wish to have the order re-dispatched, re-delivery shipping charges will be applicable and must be paid by the customer prior to re-dispatch.
  • Re-delivery charges will be communicated to you via email and must be confirmed within 7 days of RTO notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in the order being cancelled and a refund issued after deducting applicable shipping costs.

Tilting Heads shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries arising from inaccurate address details or recipient unavailability.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order placement is accurate and complete. Tilting Heads will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Address corrections post-dispatch may not be possible and are subject to logistics partner limitations.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition or with missing items, we request you to:

  1. Retain the original packaging and all contents.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at woof@tiltingheads.com with your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the damage or discrepancy.

Claims raised beyond the 48-hour window may not be eligible for resolution. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as deemed appropriate.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests for order modification or cancellation must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement by writing to woof@tiltingheads.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and our standard Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and serviceable pincodes, as indicated at checkout. The following conditions apply to COD orders:

  • COD orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility for the associated account.
  • Re-delivery of a refused COD order will attract additional shipping charges payable in advance.

11. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, we encourage you to first check the status via our portal; Track My Order
