How long does delivery take?

Orders usually take 5-7 business days to reach you after dispatch. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow the delivery journey. 

Do you offer COD?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. 

You will be able to see the COD option during checkout if it is available for your location. 

How do I exchange a size?

How do I choose the right boot size?

Place your pet’s paw on a sheet of paper and gently mark the outer boundaries of the paw. 

Then measure both paw length, from the back of the paw to the front-most toe, and paw width, across the widest part of the paw. 

Use these measurements to match your pet’s paw with the size chart on the product page. For the best fit, measure while your pet is standing so the paw spreads naturally. 

How do I choose the right harness size?

Measure your dog’s chest girth before ordering. This is the area around the widest part of the chest, usually just behind the front legs. 

Choose the size that best matches your dog’s body type and measurements. The harness should feel secure, but not tight. Your dog should be able to walk, sit, and move comfortably without the harness pressing into the neck or restricting movement. 

For the best fit, always check the size guide on the product page before placing your order. 

Are your products safe for dogs and cats?

Yes, our products are designed to be safe for pets when used as intended. 

Please check the product description carefully, because some products are made specifically for dogs, some for cats, and some for both. For size-sensitive or use-specific products like harnesses, boots, carriers, toys, and grooming products, we recommend following the product instructions and size guidance before use. 

Can I return used products?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a request through our Returns & Exchange Portal within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my pet does not accept the product?

Some pets may take a little time to adjust to a new product, especially shoes, harnesses, carriers, grooming tools, beds, or cat furniture. 

We recommend introducing the product slowly and allowing your pet to explore it at their own pace. Use it for short periods first, and reward calm behaviour where possible. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns if a pet does not accept or adjust to a product after use. But our team can help you with usage guidance wherever possible. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, our courier partner will share the tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

You can use the shared tracking link or tracking ID to check the latest delivery status. Alternatively, track your order directly through our Order Tracking Portal.
