Terrible Service and False Promises – Extremely Disappointed!

I would strongly recommend everyone to never purchase any product from their website because their customer support is extremely poor and all they do is lie. I had ordered shoes from their website which didn’t even fit my dog. I requested an exchange, and it’s been over a month now but they haven’t initiated the exchange process. Every time I call, they say the product will arrive in 5 days, but it still hasn’t come. I’m extremely disappointed with their service.
